1. Replace your usual shampoo with this powerful cleanser once a week or as needed.

2. Massage the hair and scalp to remove excess buildup

3. Rinse thoroughly

• It is always recommended to work up two lathers when washing hair with professional shampoos.

• If your hair has a buildup of styling products or minerals from the water (well water, pool water, spa water, sea water, etc.), use this shampoo for at least 1 month.

• First, spread the shampoo in the palm of your hand so that you can spread it over the top and sides of your head, as well as the nape of your neck.

• Then re-wet your hair by putting it under the water for 1-3 seconds at a time, vigorously massaging the entire back of your head.

• Repeat the previous step until the shampoo is completely distributed. *It is perfectly normal for the first shampoo not to lather, as the hair is dirty.

• Rinse out the first shampoo while continuing to rub your hair in circular motions, as if you were lathering it. Not only will your shampoo continue to spread and wash your hair before rinsing, but you'll also rinse the roots of your hair much more thoroughly in the end.

• It is not necessary to rinse the first shampoo completely. Repeat the second shampoo using half the amount of product as in the first shampoo.

• Repeat the step of adding water, putting your head underwater for 1-3 seconds at a time, until you get a nice foam.

• Foam is not a sign that the shampoo is cleaning, but rather that the hair is clean.

• If your hair was very dirty (last wash 5-7 days ago and/or use of styling products for a few days, including dry shampoo, and/or perspiration during training, etc.), you may need to do a third lather. In this case, use even less product than the second time and repeat the step of adding water.

• The shampoos sold in this shop contain fewer foaming agents than commercial shampoos, and their foaming agents are mostly of natural origin, unlike the foaming agents most commonly used in commercial shampoos.
