• It is not necessary to rinse the first shampoo completely. Do a second shampoo using half as much product as the first shampoo.

• repeat the step of adding water by putting your head under water for 1-3 seconds at a time, until you obtain a nice foam

• Foam is not a sign that the shampoo is washing, but that the hair is clean.

• If your hair was very dirty (last wash was 5-7 days ago and/or use of styling products for a few days, including dry shampoos, and/or sweating during training, etc., you may need to make a 3rd lather. In this case, put even less product than in the second shampoo and repeat the step of adding water
